With 15 years of coaching experience, he understands the complexities these leaders face. Together with his clients, Josh takes structured, evidence-based steps toward building trust and enhancing organisational legacy.

Josh's approach is deeply rooted in organisational psychology, which he has enriched through a PhD, two masters degrees, and teaching at Melbourne Business School, Australia's top business school.
